Rihanna Missed Final Rehearsal For Saturday Night Live

Rihanna hit the stage to perform her singles Talk That Talk and Where Have You Been last night on Saturday Night Live.

Though her voice seemed to be spot on, producers weren’t too pleased RiRi was a no-show for her final rehearsal beforehand.

The songstress decided to call in sick for her practice session (which is done in front of a live audience), and head honcho Lorne Michaels was reportedly angry she bailed last minute.

When Rihanna finally did arrive, insiders say she didn’t appear sick at all.

Still, her rep tells TMZ she “needed to save her voice for the live show”.

Adam Yauch Of The “Beastie Boys” Dead At 47

Beastie Boys’ Adam Yauch died on Friday in New York after a three-year battle with cancer. He was just 47-years-old.

A rep for the star released the following statement:

“It is with great sadness that we confirm that musician, rapper, activist and director Adam ‘MCA’ Yauch, founding member of Beastie Boys and also of the Milarepa Foundation that produced the Tibetan Freedom Concert benefits, and film production and distribution company Oscilloscope Laboratories, passed away in his native New York City this morning after a near-three-year battle with cancer.”

Adam was diagnosed with a tumor in his salivary gland back in 2009, but seemed to be doing better after undergoing a series of treatments for eighteen months.

Better known by his stage name MCA, Adam and bandmates Mike Diamond and Adam Horovitz were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last month, though he was too sick to attend the ceremony at that time.

The hip-hop legend leaves behind his wife, Dechen Wangdu, and their daughter, Tenzin.

Justin Bieber Premieres “Boyfriend” Music Video

On Thursday night, Justin Bieber finally released his highly anticipated music video for his hit single, Boyfriend.

This is the first track of the Bieb’s upcomign album, “Believe”, set to hit shelves on June 19th.

Jennifer Lopez and Enrique Iglesias Announce Summer Tour

Jennifer Lopez and Enrique Iglesias have teamed up for a 16-date tour of North America, Billboard.com reports.

The two pop stars were “in discussions” last month to get together for a series of concerts, and finally confirmed the news during a press conference yesterday in Los Angeles.

Enrique said in a statement:

“I’m so excited to be spending this summer out on the road. There is no better feeling than being out on stage in front of all my fans”

The tour will kicked off July 14th in Montreal, and then head to venues in Toronto, Newark, Boston, Washington and Chicago.

Madonna Delays World Tour

Madonna decided to delay her upcoming world tour by two days because of production issues.

The pop star planned to begin her trek around the globe in Tel Aviv, Israel this May 29th…but that date has been changed to May 31st.

A statement on her official website reads:

 ”Madonna’s Mdna Tour is now planned for Thursday, May 31st at Ramat Gan Stadium in Tel Aviv, two days later than previously scheduled due to production delays. The change in the opening date was announced today by promoters Live Nation and Shuki Weiss. All tickets dated May 29th will be honored at the rescheduled May 31st event.”

Is anyone planning on going to one of her concerts? We bet she puts on a good show!

Enrique Iglesias and Jennifer Lopez To Co-Headline World Tour

Enrique Iglesias and Jennifer Lopez will reportedly co-headline a world tour starting this June.

Set to kick off in Venezuela, South America, Enrique and Jennifer are also said to be traveling around the United States, Europe and Asia.

This will be Jennifer’s first world tour, with a source telling Celebuzz.com:

”Jennifer and her team have blocked out more than a month of their schedules, beginning May 4, to start intense rehearsals, each day, at a sound stage in the Los Angeles area. This will be a huge tour, complete with a lavish set, full band and team of dancers.”

As for Enrique joining her,  the American Idol judge is said to be “very excited”!

Last night, Jennifer Lopez released her new music video for Dance Again, in which real-life boyfriend Casper Smart has a lead role!

Showing off their toned, glitter-covered bods, J.Lo sings:

“The way that you move boy is reason enough, that I love to make love to you baby.”

Talk about some PDA!

With a 18-year age difference, we hope this relationship lasts.

Lady Gaga Debuts Makeup Free Look

Lady Gaga showed off a more natural look the other day on twitter, posting this picture on her page along with the caption:

”Have a beautiful day!”

The 25-year-old songstress went makeup free, but placed a small flower in her hair for a little flare.

Gaga, currently dating actor Taylor Kinney,  has been staying busy prepping for her Born This Way tour. 

She’s set to perform her first show April 27th in Seoul, South Korea.
