With so much buzz surrounding Britney Spears’ alleged deal on Simon Cowell’s X Factor, we almost forgot there was a fourth judging spot that has yet to be filled!
According to E! News, producers on FOX’s hit show are eyeing 19-year-old Miley Cyrus for the gig.
Meanwhile, The Hollywood Reporter says former Disney darling Demi Lovato is also rumored to be in the running.
They better start sorting out the details of their contracts, and soon, because the judges’ audition rounds are scheduled to begin at the end of May.

Miley Cyrus has been under attack lately over her thin frame.
Addressing rumors she suffering from an eating disorder, the singer tweeted:
“For everyone calling me anorexic I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It’s not about weight it’s about health. Gluten is crapppp anyway!”
She also displayed a picture of herself sniffing a bag of fast food and wrote:
“I can’t eat it. So I’m just gonna smell the s**t out of it! My mouth is LITERALLY watering.”
Miley went on to encourage her followers to try no gluten for a week, claiming it would change their “skin, physical and mental health”.

Miley Cyrus was spotted leaving Winsor Pilates with a smoothie on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon.
Meanwhile, the singer-turned-actress was fooled by Justin Bieber in last nights season premiere of Punk’D.
During the episode, Miley thought she was pulling a prank on Justin…but he decided to turn the tables and ultimately fool her!
Miley was tricked to believe she hired two actors to heckle Justin after he parked his car where they were skating. Once the guys started talking smack to the teenage heart throb, he went into a rage, throwing fake punches and kicking them in their stomachs.
A freaked out Miley went into panic mode before Bieber came out laughing and said:
“You can’t punk me. That was all fake!”
The new version of Punk’d will feature a guest celebrity host each week.
We like the new concept!

Miley Cyrus may have accidentally revealed a big secret on twitter!
Late last week, the former Disney darling wrote:
“I am sooo obsessed with @jennahipp nail foundations!”
Though she meant to show off her pretty nail color, we couldn’t help but notice one special accesory in the picture she attached…
A big sparkler on her ring finger!
Rumors are swirling that Miley and her Hunger Games beau Liam Hemsworth are engaged, but their reps did not return requests for comment.
Meanwhile, a source close to Miley says the rock is NOT an engagement ring.
The two have been dating since 2009 and have a dog together named Ziggy.

Punk’d is making its grand return to TV (sans original host, Ashton Kutcher), and Khloe Kardashian is the first one to be fooled!
In the episode, Miley Cyrus and Kelly Osbourne act as the celebrity accomplices.
Miley explains:
“Khloe thinks she’s going to have girls’ hangout time and order food. And when the delivery guy shows up, he’s going to ask to use my bathroom. He’s going to get his balls zipped into the zipper of his pants. Khloe, you’re going to get Punk’d!”
When the skit gets underway, Khloe calls emergency for advice on how to handle the situation.

Miley Cyrus let loose on a fan during her recent Costa Rican vacation with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.
The actress was signing autographs and posing for photos with some youngsters, but when she went to leave, one of them yelled “a**hole!”.
Miley responded:
“What the f**k? Are you for real?”
After a clip of the incident suraced online, Miley felt the need to defend herself. In a series of tweets, she wrote:
“Been trying not to tweet & just enjoy the holidays but just to clear something up I would never swear to a fan. When someone yells something so rude making me look like an ‘a**hole’ in front of fans who I am more than happy 2 take a picture w/ I can’t tolerate that kind of rudeness. Every1 who was there apologised 4 the woman’s brusque behavior. She obviously wasn’t a fan. Hope every1 has a Merry Christmas!”

Over the weekend, Miley Cyrus celebrated her 19th birthday with a party thrown by friend Kelly Osbourne at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.
When she caught a glimpse of her cake baked to look like Bob Marley, Miley said:
“This is amazing. You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a ‘Bob Miley’ cake. You know you smoke way too much f––ing weed.”
Osbourne then took the mic and asked:
“I thought salvia was your problem, Miley.”
Now a rep for the starlet insists Miley was joking when she told partygoers she was a “stoner”, explaining to Access Hollywood:
“The cake was a joke and Miley was being sarcastic. It is being completely taken out of context.”
Last year, Miley was caught on camera smoking the legal herb salvia, known to cause halluciogenic effects. She called her experience with the substance “a bad decision” at the time.

After being criticized for showing off a fuller figure, Miley Cyrus took it to twitter to fight back against her haters.
Posting an extremely disturbing picture of an emaciated woman, Miley wrote:
“By calling girls like me fat, this is what you’re doing to other people. love MYSELF & If you could say the same you wouldn’t be sitting on your computer trying to hurt others.”
She then put up a photo of curvy icon Marilyn Monroe, adding:
“Proof that you can be adored by thousands of men even when your thighs touch. I don’t wanna be shaped like a girl. I LOVE being shaped like a WOMAN & trust me ladies your man won’t mind either 
”
Miley is currently dating Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth.
