According to an onlooker, Lindsay Lohan instigated a bar fight at The Standard Hotel on Wednesday night.
The witness says they were hanging out in the booth next to Lilo’s at a nightclub inside the hotel when the actress tapped her friend on the shoulder and asked:
“Did you bump into me?”
When the friend said someone in her entourage must have, and pointed to her father Michael, Lindsay responded:
“That’s my dad … why would he bump me?”
The girl asked why she was partying with her father, which probed Lindsay to go on a rampage….swearing and throwing drinks around.
Sounds like Linds should just steer clear of the nightclub scene.

Lindsay Lohan is SO close to ending her formal probation.
Sources tell TMZ the L.A. County District Attorney believes Lindsay complied with all the terms of her probation and will have “no objection to Judge Stephanie Sautner terminating Lindsay’s probation in the Beverly Hills DUI case.”
It’s also reported that the L.A. City Attorney believes Lilo’s formal probation could be changed to informal, meaning she no longer needs to regularly check in with a probation officer and judge, and is in the clear for that alleged jewelry theft incident.
The actress will be in court court Thursday for her hearing.
This could be the first time in 4 years Lindsay is not on formal probation.

Lindsay Lohan may have marked her triumphant return to acting last weekend, after what some are calling a successful hosting gig on Saturday Night Live.
One thing’s for sure…she definitely got some laughs when she chose to poke fun at herself – making references to her house arrest and alleged theft charge.

Lindsay Lohan appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon yesterday to talk about her upcoming appearance on Saturday Night Live.
The actress first commented how she landed the hosting gig, admitting she’s the one who kept calling head honcho Lorne Michaels:
“I kept asking him. I wasn’t giving up.”
After running into Michaels in Los Angeles, Lindsay finally got her shot. She told Fallon:
“You know Lorne, he’s very straight to the point. He was like, ‘What about March 3?’, I’m like, ‘I’m free!’”
This will be Lindsay’s fourth time on the popular late night show. One of her most memorable moments, of course, was performing in the first ever “Debbie Downer” skit…alongside Jimmy!
In case you don’t remember, castmembers had trouble keeping their composure for the skit…which was set in Disneyland during a family outing.
Too funny.

During an interview with Matt Lauer on Thursday’s Today show, Lindsay Lohan declared she’s been ”clean and sober” for a while now.
The actress even told Matt that partying is no longer her “thing”.
She explained:
“I went out, actually a few months ago with a friend. And I was so uncomfortable. Not because I felt tempted just because it was the same thing that it always was before. And it just wasn’t fun for me. I’ve become more of a homebody. And I like that.”
Lohan added that she’s hoping to regain trust in film the industry:
“I think that that’s gonna take – I think that takes time. And I think that it’s actions. Because people can say things all they want but I think I still need to go through the process of proving myself, you know, with ‘SNL,’ being on time, being, you know, keeping my – can’t say the word – but stuff together.”
We’re excited to see how she performs this weekend during her hosting gig on Saturday Night Live!

Looks like Lindsay Lohan needs to get her hands on a new accountant!
According to documents filed yesterday at the L.A. County Recorder’s Office, Lindasy Lohan never paid federal income taxes in 2010.
The grand total she owes for that year? $140,203.30!
On top of that amount, the actress still needs to pony up the $93,701.57 she was supposed to pay in 2009 .
No comment from Lindsay’s camp on the matter.
This may be where all that Playboy money comes in handy!

Lindsay Lohan has moved out of her swanky home in Venice, California.
A couple weeks ago, a man named Lonnie Short was arrested for trespassing on her property. He turned up on her doorstep New Year’s Day and refused to leave.
Lonnie was ordered to steer clear of the actress for TWO years, but Lilo must have decided it was in her best interest to leave. She was spotted packing her belongings into a moving fan on Tuesday.
According to reports, Lindsay will now be living at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Los Angeles.

Is Lindsay Lohan the next Elizabeth Taylor?
The actress is said to be in the “final stages of negotiating the deal” to portray Liz in an upcoming film, and will reportedly sign on the dotted line early next week.
Lilo is taking great measures to make sure she’s ahead of the game, and has already completed her required morgue work and psychotherapy sessions.
She will appear in court today at 10AM PT for a progress hearing, and if all goes well, she’ll be off probation by the end of March!
Things are finally looking up.
