Jessica Simpson and fiancé Eric Johnson welcomed a baby girl in LA on Tuesday morning, the fashionista confirms on her official website.
Maxwell Drew Johnson weighed in at 9 lbs. 13 ounces and measured 21 ¾ long at birth.
Jessica writes:
“Eric and I are elated to announce the birth of our baby girl Maxwell Drew Johnson. We are so grateful for all of the love, support and prayers we have received. This has been the greatest experience of our lives.”
Jessica and Eric, who have yet to set a wedding date, announced they were expecting via twitter last Halloween.

Jessica Simpson rocked it in a little black dress at the NBC Universal 2012 Winter TCA Press Tour All-Star Party last night in Pasadena, California.
During the event, the fashionista admitted she doesn’t sport maternity wear because there’s nothing on the market she actually likes.
So what’s next for Jessica’s ownclothing line?
She revealed:
“I haven’t really gone to maternity clothes because I don’t really love maternity stuff. The next thing you will see from the Jessica Simpson Collection is maternity.”
As for her due date, she and fiancé Eric Johnson aren’t going to announce the actual day…but Jess says you can expect baby news sometime this spring!

She’s been walking around town with her growing belly for a while now, but Jessica Simpson has finally confirmed she’s pregnant!
The singer posted this commical pic on JessicaSimpson.com:
“It’s true … I”m going to be a mummy!”
Pun intended…haha.
This will be the first child for Jessica and fiancé Eric Johnson. Congrats!

After much speculation, Jessica Simpson is reportedly preparing to announce her pregnancy!
A source close to the 32-year-old and her fiance Eric Johnson revealed:
“It’s still early in the pregnancy, and Jessica has decided to wait before sharing her happiness with her fans. But she has begun telling family and friends the exciting news.”
When asked if the songstress has a bun in the oven, Eric’s dad responded:
“I haven’t heard anything. she pregnant? I better give them a call if she is!”
Can’t wait to OFFICIALLY hear the news!

This is so scary!
TMZ reports an obsessed fan, who has never even met Jessica Simpson, wrote a book about their alleged affair together.
Marce Wililam Burchell has unsuccessfully tried to contact Jess for years, and is now selling a 30 page paperback book online titled “The True Story of Jessica Ann Simpson’s 22 month long attempt to seduce a married man- her very Active Super Secret Sex life: True Story Jessica Simpson Seduction of A Married Man (Volume 1)”.
At $29.99 a pop, it doesn’t come cheap, either!
His reason for penning the book? Burchell said:
“This book was not written to hurt her, but was written as my only way to heal emotionally from the severe trauma and pain she put me through by her heartless cruel treatment of me.”
Oh, and he wants to challenge Jess’ fiance Eric Johnson to a marathon, with the winner getting to marry her. Sounds fair….yikes.

According to recent reports, Nicole Richie and Jessica Simpson have been fighting on the site of their new reality show, Fashion Star.
Nicole says not to believe the rumors, though. The 29-year-old told Ryan Seacrest on Thursday:
“I’ll tell you right now that that couldn’t be further from the truth. I actually love and adore Jessica. I’ve known her for years, first of all, so I already knew who she was as a person. Who she is is someone who’s very kind, very sweet and extremely smart and a great businesswoman and someone that I really respect … I actually couldn’t love someone or respect someone more.”
Sidenote: Fashion Star sounds really interesting! The upcoming series gives aspiring designers the chance to work with celebrity mentors as they compete to win a multi-million dollar contract to help jumpstart their own brand.

Sources say Jessica Simpson was “drunkenly swaying” at Adele’s concert in Los Angeles on Monday night, which officially puts the pregnancy rumors to rest.
Jessica, who attended the show with fiancé Eric Johnson, BFF Cacee Cobb and her boyfriend Donald Faison , tweeted:
“There are rumors that I was ‘drunk swaying’ at the Adele concert last night. That wasn’t drunk swaying, that was professional dancing!”
Donald had something else to say, though:
“Tuesday, Even with a hangover like hammer ‘can’t touch this’… But you’re still the worst day of the week. Just saying”.
Well, at least we know there’s no baby on board!

Jessica Simpson turned 31-years-old on Sunday, and it seems as though her birthday was nothing less than spectacular!
The style icon tweeted:
“only 1 p.m. and I think I have pretty much heard from everyone in my life! That is a birthday record! Huge smile on my face!”
Later in the day, her fiancé Eric Johnson gave her a bright orange Birkin bag (valued at $15,000!):
“Eric made my birthday! I have never been more surprised in my life! Jackie O who?”
Even if I had the money to buy an accessory that expensive, I’d be too nervous to carry it around! Haha.
