The Playboy Club, based on Hugh Hefner’s 1960s Chicago hotspot, proved to be a short-lived series on NBC.
The show premiered last month, but after pulling in just 5 million viewers, bosses decided to cancel it!
Hefner is disappointed by news, writing on twitter:
“I’m sorry Nbc’s The Playboy Club didn’t find it’s audience. It should have been on cable, aimed at a more adult audience. Fans of The Playboy Club are really upset at the cancellation.”
Jenna Dewan-Tatum, who was a Playboy Bunny on the show, added:
“Thanks everyone for the sweet comments. I’m glad y’all loved the show and i’m proud of the work we did. Love love love. I am blown away by all of yalls love for our show! Thank u so much. We’re all sad too, will let you know where the other episodes end up.”

Crystal Harris has put her engagement ring from Hugh Hefner up for auction.
The former Playboy model infamously left Hef earlier this year, just days before they were supposed to tie the knot.
Crystal’s reasoning for getting rid of her sparkler? According to a source, she “couldn’t bear to look at the ring anymore because it brought back bad memories”.
We wonder how Hef feels about all of this!

Crystal Harris left fiance Hugh Hefner back in July - just days before the two were supposed to tie the knot.
Shortly after they split, Crystal told Howard Stern she and Hef only had sex “once” and that it lasted for “two seconds”.
Now, the 85-year-old reveals to The Hollywood Reporter that Harris was lying:
“We had sex with her and a girlfriend. We had sex the first night that we met with another girl, and it was such a nice relationship that I kept them both over for a weekend.”
After Crystal commented on their failed relationship, she visited Hef to apologize:
“I was very surprised. She was talking about a third person I didn’t recognize. She felt very badly about it afterwards. She came over and wept. You know, she’s the one that wanted to get married, not me. But I think that Crystal is more than one person; she’s kind of lost at the center and was overwhelmed by the relationship, and got caught up in an affair while we were going together that I knew nothing about.”
Girls from all over the world continue to send the Playboy mogul pictures and letters asking to be his girlfriend. He knows some women are solely attracted to his money and fame, but still hasn’t given up on finding love just yet!

Oh my goodness! Crystal Harris spoke on Sirius XM Radio’s Howard Stern Show on Tuesday, where she spilled some intimate details about her relationship with former fiancé, Hugh Hefner.
Crystal said sex with the Playboy mogul lasted “two seconds”, adding:
“Then I was just over it. I was like, ‘Ahhh.’ I was over it. I just like, walked away. I’m not turned on by Hef, sorry.”
She also revealed they only had sex once, explaining:
“He doesn’t really take off his clothes. I’ve never seen Hef naked.”
Can someone say TMI?! As for Hef’s response, he says, “I feel sorry for Crystal. She seems lost.”

Yesterday, reports suggested that Hugh Hefner passed away. The Playboy mogul immediately took it to twitter to dismiss the rumor, writing:
“I’m very much alive and kicking!”
In a series of messages, he said:
“The rumors of my death are, as Mark Twain observed in a similar situation, greatly exaggerated. I’m very much alive & kicking. I’m lying in bed next to Shera with a big smile on my face, reading tweets about my unexpected demise.”
Hefner also revealed he watched an early edit of his Lifetime special, Hef’s Runaway Bride, which documents his split from ex-fiancé Crystal Harris. He believes “the fans are going to love it”!

Uh oh! Hugh Hefner’s fiance Crystal Harris has reportedly moved out of the Playboy Mansion a mere 5 days before walking down the aisle.
Sources tell TMZ Crystal and Hef had a phone argument over the weekend that didn’t end so well.
Afterwards, Crystal allegedly cancelled the upcoming nuptials (set for this Saturday), pack up and LEAVE.
Yikes!!
UPDATE: Harris’s manager Michael Blakey tells People Magazine:
“I heard the sad news today this morning. The split was a mutual decision and the two remain good friends.”

Hugh Hefner was recognized for his charitable donations at the Playboy Mansion over the weekend.
The Thalians, who operate under Cedar’s Sinai hospital, honored the 85-year-old for his philanthropy work. The group was originally formed by a group of Hollywood actors back in 1955 who aimed to create a mental health center.
Disney stars Kyle and Christopher Massey were also in attendance.
Hefner is pictured with his 24-year-old fiancée, Crystal Harris, who he’s set to wed at the Mansion on June 18th.
