The Situation has checked out of the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Utah, just two weeks after confirming he was seeking treatment for substance abuse.
At the end of March, the reality tv star revealed via twitter that he had “voluntarily taken steps to get control of a prescription medication problem [he] had due to exhaustion.”
Yesterday, he was spotted at an airport in Utah where he happily posed for a picture with a fan.
Now…off to film the next season of Jersey Shore!
Lindsay Lohan is SO close to ending her formal probation.
Sources tell TMZ the L.A. County District Attorney believes Lindsay complied with all the terms of her probation and will have “no objection to Judge Stephanie Sautner terminating Lindsay’s probation in the Beverly Hills DUI case.”
It’s also reported that the L.A. City Attorney believes Lilo’s formal probation could be changed to informal, meaning she no longer needs to regularly check in with a probation officer and judge, and is in the clear for that alleged jewelry theft incident.
The actress will be in court court Thursday for her hearing.
This could be the first time in 4 years Lindsay is not on formal probation.

The L.A. County Coroner has released Whitney Houston’s official cause of death: accidental drowning.
The toxicology report also notes several drugs were in the singer’s system when she died, including cocaine, Xanax (anxiety medication), Flexeril (a muscle relaxer) and Benadryl.
Heart disease and cocaine use are listed as factors contributing to Whitney’s death.
Her familiy released the following statement:
“We are saddened to learn of the toxicology results, although we are glad to now have closure.”

According to TMZ, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has checked into rehab for substance abuse.
A rep for the Jersey Shore star says they are not confirming Mike’s whereabouts, but reveals he “has spent the past several weeks at an undisclosed location for much needed rest and recuperation after his extensive production and appearance schedule.”
On a happier note, MTV recently announced the hit show will be back for a 6th season and is scheduled to shoot this summer.

Because people can say things all they want but I think I still need to go through the process of proving myself, you know, with ‘SNL,’ being on time, being, you know, keeping my – can’t say the word – but stuff together.”
Gerard Butler is at the Betty Ford Center, where he is being treated for substance abuse.
According to TMZ, the actor’s problems started on the set of 300 back in 2006. His struggles with pain meds got worse when he was injured during the filming of Of Men and Mavericks.
After getting hurt in a surfing accident on December 18th, Gerard supposedly realized he was relying too much on pain meds. So…he decided to enter rehab about 3 weeks ago.
Sources say he’s checking out of Betty Ford later today.

Jennifer Hudson and Chaka Khan are set to perform a tribute to Whitney Houston at the Grammy Awards this evening.
Executive producer of the show, Ken Erhlic, confirmed the two will make a “respectful musical tribute” at the event.
He announced on CNN:
“It’s too fresh in everyone’s memory to do more at this time, but we would be remiss if we didn’t recognize Whitney’s remarkable contribution to music fans in general and in particular her close ties with the Grammy telecast and her Grammy wins and nominations over the years.”
As one of the greatest pop singers of all time, Whitney had previously won six Grammy Awards.
The show is set to air tonight on CBS at 8 pm ET.

According to E! Online, Demi Moore has checked into the Cirque Lodge addiction treatment center in Sundance, Utah.
A source says that Moore entered the facility the week following her infamous hospitalization on January 23rd:
“She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people.”
The actress is being treated for an eating disorder and addiction issues.
The insider continued:
“It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help.”
No word from Demi’s rep on the rehab stint.
